What will you get to work on? 

As the Tech Lead - Backend at Osfin.ai, you will: 

• Work with the founders in co-creating the product 
• Develop a platform that scales globally 
• Define the DNA of the engineering team at Osfin.ai 

What do we expect from you? 

• Hustle! We're young, lean, and in our early days 
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build best-in-class product
• Proficiency in Trino, Java/J2EE (Hibernate, Spring, MVC), MySQL & rest services implementation
• Experience in designing and implementing efficient algorithms to help in scaling
• 5+ years in Backend development
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure or OCI and deploying applications in a cloud environment
• Experience in developing web applications at a startup is a plus!
• Lead and mentor a team of Backend developers, fostering collaboration and best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
• Work From Office: Bangalore
